IGT presented its new cabinets at IGT Lounge – Chile 2022

(Santiago de Chile, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Jessica Luna, IGT Senior Director for Chile, Peru, Central America and Strategic Accounts, talked to SoloAzar within the recent presentation of the company in an event held at an after office on the terrace of Hotel W Santiago for invited guests.

What does this event consist of, what are you presenting and who assisted?
For us it is extremely gratifying to return to Chile with an event. We have always been here and we have a local office, but after this period of pandemic, having been distanced from our clients, from our friends, who today are practically like family to us. In my case, I have been in charge of Chile for 20 years, so it is practically like my second home. So it is extremely satisfying to see each other again, give each other a hug, connect, and also arrive with a state-of-the-art cabinet, which has exclusivity for Chile and is Uswitch Black Edition in PeakSlant 32 and also with our MLP Olympus Link of ratified performance at a Latin American level.


What can you tell us about the guests?
At IGT we usually hold slightly more private events, and smaller ones, to be able to give attention to our long-standing clients, and more so on this occasion, which is basically a reunion, so this terrace has served as a stage, to be able to reconnect with all our friends. We have had the visit of the main operators, with whom we have been working even during periods of pandemic, but it is just as gratifying from a social and human point of view, seeing each other again and commenting on our lives. Personally for me it was a super nice experience.


What are the upcoming events going for the rest of the year?
We have a fairly extensive calendar, which in the case of the region that I manage at IGT, began the year in Peru with the "Reactiva" program, which was a very special launch, of which we are already in the process of implementation. Sincerely, all my thanks and my confidence in the Peruvian market. We are back with an extremely interesting project, a next-generation product, which is Floor Manager.


Then we've had this event in Chile, which is particularly the launch of the new cabinets and content on MLP.


On the agenda, we have the Peru Gaming Show, which marks our return to the fair in Peru, giving consistency to our presentation at the beginning of this year. Then another Reactiva event will come before the end of the year.


Reactiva is my pilot program launched hand in hand with the operator, a little bit understanding their challenges, the difficulties, and having that empathy with the current situation that we have all gone through, both operators and manufacturers.


Additionally, as a novelty in my region, I am launching our local company in Panama. Starting in July we hope to have our new branch in Central America, from where we will provide technology and novelty to our local clients and also greater competitiveness throughout the Central American region.


This soon crystallized project has given me great joy and I consider it to be an excellent opportunity to position IGT as a leader in all its distribution channels.


Obviously, we also have the inevitable appointment of G2E and finally, towards the end of the year, a Summit that will probably take place in Panama to evaluate all the changes that I am implementing between now and the end of the year, with a consistent and innovative strategy.


For me this is a very busy year with many challenges. In addition to the countries I am in charge of, I personally and regionally manage our strategic accounts: CIRSA and CODERE, which is extremely rewarding in my career, identifying strategies, common goals and new development channels for joint opportunities. This synergy is really a pleasure. We are growing together overcoming obstacles and seeing the future with optimism based on mutual collaboration. I see 2022 as positive and very encouraging for everyone, both on the manufacturer and operator side.
